Hero Steel Limited is the part of Hero Enterprise group headed by Mr Sunil K Munjal, and has strong Board of Directors including independent directors ensuring highest corporate governance standards. Hero has a strong legacy of building world class brands over 3 decades.
Mr Sunil Kant Munjal chairs the board that runs the Doon School and sits on the boards of the IIM Ahmedabad (IIMA), ISB, and SRCC. He has also served as President of the CII and AIMA; been a member of Prime Minister’s Council on Trade & Industry and was on government taskforces that prepared the ground for India’s banking and insurance reforms.
Hero Steels Limited is having corporate office in Delhi and its Cold Rolled Steel facility in Ludhiana.
Manufacturing capacity: Cold Rolling Steel Strips [CRCA] of 180,000 MTPA & 24,000 MPTA of ERW Tubes.
Key management comprises senior professionals for all functions in a well-defined organization structure with average experience of 20 -25 years in steel industry.

The Company has it’s headquarters in New Delhi. After its formal inauguration on February 9, 1995, Hero Corporate Service was converted into a Limited Company in September 1995.
